Seattle-based Sales Cookie has announced its sales commission management suite now supports QuickBooks Online. Using the cloud-based solution, businesses can easily import and sync invoices or sales receipts from QuickBooks. Sales and finance managers can then design incentive plans, manage commissions, and run calculations. Eligible sales representatives can review earned commissions using interactive online dashboards.

Connecting to QuickBooks Online takes less than one minute. All you need to do is click on the “Authorize” button in Sales Cookie. We’ll sync invoices and sales receipts across systems, so QuickBooks transactions are always up-to-date and available when calculating commissions. By eliminating the need to manually copy information across systems, we help SMBs ensure paid commissions are accurate to the penny.

Sales Cookie’s cloud solution focuses on ease of use. The solution already included native support for systems such as HubSpot, SalesForce, Dynamics CRM, and PayPal. However, support for QuickBooks Online enables additional businesses to more easily automate their sales commission program. While manually exporting and importing records was always an option, the native support for QuickBooks Online streamlines the process by fully automating it.

We find that most businesses realize savings in the order of $50K or more annually using Sales Cookie. Those savings derive from increased calculation accuracy, efficient distribution of sales commission statements, and more transparency. We’re excited about helping QuickBooks-based companies realize those gains and further automate their sales force. Many businesses understand the need to automate sales processes but are still manually distributing sales commission spreadsheets – we’re addressing this need.

The cloud-based solution is available immediately at salescookie.com.
